Frequently Asked Questions

All what you need is to call our head of marketing or the head of renting or do an online reservation by paying AED 5,000 as reservation fees. In case of online reservations the validity is for 5 days. Once the unit is ready we will call you to sign the contract.

From the tenant / Individuals :- 1. Emirates ID 2. Emirates ID Copy. 3. Passport & visa copy. 4. ADDC Detailed Bill. 5. Letter from the employer / or / employment card.
From the tenant / companies :- 1. Emirates ID for company’s authorized signatory. 2. Emirates ID Copy for company’s authorized signatory. 3. Passport & visa copy for company’s authorized signatory. 4. Authorization letter for signature from the company 5. Commercial license. 6. ADDC Detailed Bill.

You should present the orginal receipt of the security deposit after you vaccate the unit. After checking the unit, cheque will be made after deducting for any damages.

One month before the expiry date of the contract

You should give atleast one month prior notice

Orginal Tawtheeq, passport copies,water and electricity clearance from the previous tenant which we will provide you with.

The contract is valid for the period mentioned and we should be informed one month in advance before the expiry date of the contract.

Maintenance request form is available with the security guard at the building you are renting in or you can make a request online.

Yes, as long as they are currently unoccupied and the booking is for a period of 5 days. To arrange an inspection simply visit the property and ask the security for the key

The security deposit is collected in cash when you sign the contract. The amount of the deposit is 5000 DHs. This is kept by the landlord until the property has beed vaccated and an inspection of the property has been carried out. If there has been no damage to the property the security deposit is returned.

All the properties are rented as unfurnished. Shared accommadation is not available.

All the properties are managed by the real estate department in the private department, who carry out initial inspections of all properties before renting. Properties and if there is any complain please contact the management immediately.

You should inform the management not less than one month prior to the expiry of your contract then you should vaccate on the expiry date. The property must be left in a clean and tidy manner and the keys must be returned to the tenant following the inspection by the maintenance supervisior.
